Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Refresh Power Washing Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Refresh Power Washing Inc provides professional pressure washing and soft washing services for residential and commercial properties in North Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding Lee County areas in Florida.
Service Bookings and Quotes
Quotes
- All quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on actual conditions found on-site
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability
- We will confirm your booking via email or phone
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
- Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge
- Returned checks will incur a $35 fee
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate property information
- Ensure access to water and electrical outlets if required
- Secure or remove fragile items from areas to be cleaned
- Close all windows and doors before service
- Remove or secure pets during service
- Notify us of any special conditions or concerns
Liability and Insurance
Refresh Power Washing Inc is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance to protect both our company and our customers. However:
- We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions or defects
- We are not responsible for items not properly secured by the customer
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
Weather and Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your convenience.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will work to make it right at no additional charge.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Refresh Power Washing Inc and is protected by copyright laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes can vary based on surface condition, age, and material type.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refresh Power Washing Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
